*Add acupuncture to any Naturopathic Medicine services at the same appointment (add 30 minutes and $70)

PAYMENT:  Payment is expected at the time of the treatment. Dr. Kristine accepts Cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express.  Any other arrangements need to be agreed upon in advance of the appointment.

Dr. Kristine Williams, ND, LAc. is an independent contractor.  Fees are paid directly to her and checks are made payable to Kristine Williams Acupuncture PLLC.

INSURANCE: Insurance is not accepted at this time.  Dr. Kristine spends ample time with her patients and provides wellness care.  Wellness care is generally not covered by insurance.  If you need a receipt please let us know ahead of the appointment.  Check with your insurance, reimbursement directly to you may be possible.

RETURNED CHECKS: There is a $35 fee for returned checks.  Balances not paid within five days of notification of NSF will accrue 15% per month (18% APR) from date of notification.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to keep your appointment, please give at least 48 hours notice.  It is greatly appreciated that if you know even days ahead of a conflict in your schedule, leave a message (day or night) so that Dr Kristine can accommodate another patient.

*** Payment in the case of same day cancellations or ‘no show’ appointments may be incurred at the standard rate except in the case of illness or emergency.
